About the event
"The Spy in the Berwick Garden" (published by Berwick Record Office) will be launched on Thursday 16th October in the Guildhall, Berwick upon Tweed. There will be a talk on how the story of Gibson Ferrier Steven's contribution to World Ware 2 emerged from a desire to get rid of an air raid shelter. The talk will be followed by a reception sponsored by the Border Archaeological Society and Berwick Record Office. This is a free event and no pre-booking is necessary.
